By using hacktales.com you agree to these terms. The content on this site is for general information about Hacktales and its services. We may change the site or these terms at any time; continued use after a change means you accept it.

Programs and enrolment

Enrolment in a Hacktales training program, including the Cybersecurity Foundation Program, is confirmed when payment is received through our payment provider. Program dates, content and instructors may be adjusted where necessary. Instalment plans must be completed on schedule to keep access to the program. Refund terms are stated on the enrolment page and in the program brochure.

Your conduct

• Do not use anything you learn from Hacktales to access systems you are not authorised to access
• Do not copy, resell or redistribute course materials, recordings or brochures
• Do not submit false information in our forms or misuse the contact and quiz tools

Intellectual property

Hacktales, our logo, course materials and the content of this site are owned by Hacktales or our licensors. Vendor names and logos on this site belong to their respective owners and are shown to indicate the technologies we work with.

Third-party links

The site links to third-party services such as Calendly, Paystack, Mailchimp and social networks. We are not responsible for their content or terms.

Disclaimer and liability

The site and its content are provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, Hacktales is not liable for any loss arising from use of the site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
